SDRPY Launches Projects at University of Aden.
The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) launched a set of projects at the University of Aden. The event was held under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak. Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid Ahmed Al-Wasabi and University of Aden Director Dr. Al-Khader Nasser Lasour also attended.
The projects are important as they cater to the specific practical needs of the students at the University of Aden. They serve relevant government sectors, increase their capabilities, and assist them in their duties. The educational programs in colleges can be continued and supported with the help and implementation of the SDRPY.
The projects include renovating and equipping the buildings and laboratories of the College of Pharmacy and the Criminal Investigation Laboratory at the University. The first stage involves rehabilitation, while the second includes equipping the colleges with the latest equipment and providing office and educational furniture.
The projects are designed to promote knowledge advancement and encourage creativity, innovation, scientific research, self-learning, and continuing education.
These new projects are part of 229 development projects and initiatives implemented by SDRPY in various Yemeni governorates. They aim to serve the Yemeni population in eight vital sectors: education, health, water, energy, transportation, agriculture, and fisheries, and developing and supporting the Yemeni government's capabilities and development programs.
